Okay. Now I have all the parts for this custom kit to go on. All I need is to measure and make the piping. Here's my question. I've heard the "war stories" about wastegates sticking....20psi on stock internals.....BOOM!

I'm going to be running a mitsu 14b. I'm wondering if you guys have any tips so I can make sure the wastegate will open before I actually hook everything up. I dont want to be constantly paranoid about this thing being the cause that my stock internals go after I spent all this time on reasearching all the parts needed and the time spent on installing and fabbing this kit. I want this experience to be a postive one. Not something I regret.

Really easy. emoji

Just throw air at it to make sure it moves and the diaphram isn't messed up. Then mod it to like 2-3 psi, and then put an MBC on it.

We got the same turbo from the same person but for some reason I have a different actuator as you. Mine is threaded on the opposite side. Im just going to weld a washer along the arm somewhere.

Why not just buy an external and call it good? This is the route I will take on my next vehicle.
