#92518, "Misfire or hesitation during acceleration"

I just got the aeromotive 1:1 installed. I have the fp set to as low as it would go with my 440's and a 6 an return line. FP is around 22lbs. I have a e manage controlling the injector change and other functions (will be ms when I get a new job). I never had problems with any of it until I did the 440's. I also have the walbro in tank 255 pump.

Here's the scenario, Idle seems to be alright, wvery once and a while it will try to die, the vacuum will drop and the car will be trying to die, if it doesn't die, then the motro revs up a little as if the ecu is correcting for something. My vacuum usually sits at around 17-19 lbs at idle. I have a small leak. When I'm driving, the car will start to hesitate and almost like it's not firing on all cylinders around 3k rpms at moderate acceleration, not balls out. then at about 35-4k, it will snap me in my seet as all of the cylinders start firing and I have an insane amount of boost that my wastegate can barely control. It snaps from 1 lb to about mid teens in about 2 seconds. But under small or maybe up to about 60% throttle around those rpms, it hesitates. I though it was a fuel cut so I monitored the air flow input to try the emanage setting for it, but it happens at all different levels of airflow.

I'm thinking it has to be a fuel problem, but it could be a setting with the emanage on the airflow signal. I have my rotory switches set to 38A, but I know there's a lot of different one's that work for our cars. I never had problems with any of these settings before the 440's. I thought it could be motor related, but my vacuum isn't really low, and last time I did a compression test all four cylinders were pretty similar. I replaced my plugs at the same time.

I'm at a loss, and need suggestions.

Thanks-

Are you sure you only need a 1:1 rise in FP? What doesn't sound like quite enough.

Front 02 sensor got replaced. It idles and doesn't die now. We monitored my front 02, and the car is running way rich. The ecu is correcting to the fullest 25% which doesn't leave any room for more corrections under driving conditions. I'm still messing with the e damager, the closest I got last night was to 18% correction at idle. How the hell were other people running bigger injector with the damager without being so rich?
