Exactly. The seller is pretty much telling everyone that knows a thing or two that this turbo is potentially a paper weight. That way when a neeeewb buys it and finds out the thing is junk, the seller can come back and say how he posted it was bad in the first place.

Not to mention the fact that that setup is for the 4g63 engine not your 420a. And before you ask if the 16G can be made to fit on your car, the answer is of course yes but its a huge pain in the ass and you will spend more money on getting things liek the downpipe and manifold to fit correclty than you will want to. On that note, reseach a good T3/T4, external wastegate and a log manifold. That should get you started and will prove much easier than any of the mitsubishi turbo family.
