I have the hahn s16g internally gated at 10psi. It's always consistantly boosted ~8 psi and now all of a sudden its goin nuts. Last night i took it out for a run when i got my wideband installed and it hit 12psi!

Dont get me wrong, that 12 pounds felt great, but i have no boost controller or anything that would alter boost levels. I have a hks electronic boost controller on the way but it seems like there may be a problem with the wastegate.

Check and make sure the boost signal line to the wastegate isn't broken or cracked.

Check and make sure the flapper can move freely.
