Anyone wann help me?..

I got a 96 talon with my custom setup boosting 8 psi..and oh man it runs great, atleast low 14's..

anyways,I'm plagued with the boost bug, I raised to 9 today for 20 seconds to take on a 5.8 mustang, and beat it,not by far...I WANT MORE BOOST!...

Now, Ive read that getting pistons, the rods, and pretty much a bottom end rebuilt will let me run 15lbs comfortably.?..anyone else have anything to say about that?..I'm open to anything..

By getting the bottom end forged the limiting factor will be your fuel system. if you are running an FMU then you are not going to be able to go over 10psi if that. If you go as far as the Megasquirt then the sky is the limit.

hey, thank you for the help full response..

Now Im definitly going to get 440c injectors and 255l fuel pump and a rail, (sorry, uneducated on fuel system parts)..

Then will 15lbs be safe to run (which would yeild mid 13's?..)

seems the fuel system and bottom end are the bottlenecks with 420a block and engine,as Im reading?

I don't think it's necessary to upgrade the fuel rail if you're only going to run 15 psi.
