#90274, "tial 38mm wastegate"

I'm about to get a tial 38mm wastegate and had a question. If it's spring is set for 1.0bar (14.5psi) what do I do if I want to run 10psi? Correct me if I'm wrong, IfI wanted to run 15psi and the wastegate is set at like 10psi, a boost controller will release 10psi to actuate the wastegate when I'm actually at 15psi right? So, if the wastegate is set at 14.5psi, how do I run lower boost? Can I only run lower boost on the 14.5psi wastegate is by getting a different spring? Let me know if I'm right about that boost controller I wrote up there^^. TIA
~Jeffo

Yes you will need to order a smaller spring. I have a .8 (11psi) bar spring and i see 8psi. if you want to trade i will trade ya since i run 15psi minimum.

So, am I correct about the boost controller being able to run higher boost than the wastegate is set at? Like wastegate is set at 10psi, and the boost controller makes the boost on the car at 15psi, the boost controller only lets 10psi to the wastegate when boost actaully reaches 15psi correct?
