i just installed my turbo kit about a month ago and wow what a difference . its great . anyway i figured ill do a compression test just to see if everything was peachy . i got 210 - 190 - 210 - 208 .
what do you think could be wrong with #2 ? why is it so low . thanks

Well that's only a 10% difference between cylinders which isn't bad. At MOST you want under a 20% difference between cylinders. If you're worried about it, next time you check your compression pour a a small capful of oil in there and if the number goes up a lot it's slightly worn rings. If not then do a leakdown test to see for sure what's leaking.
