First off I have a 97 GS w/ 65 K miles on it. At what point is the mileage to high to turbo a 420A? I noticed wakeboard or whatver his name is blew his motor cause his mileage was to high. What mileage was he at? I plan on getting either a Star or HRC Stage 1 before the end of the year and a couple months after that, once I get used to turbo and get some more $, I plan on getting Blitz Intercooler and up the boost. Im trying to get mostly Blitz, have Blitz body kit in garage and would get BOV and turbo timer as well when I get Stage 1 and Boost Controller after Intercooler and of course Blitz stickers since they add 10 HP each, 15 HP for windshield. What internals do u guys recomend to run at Stage 2 around 10 PSI( pistons, rods what else?). This is also a daily driven car so Id keep boost lower most of time around 6-8. well iwas also wondering, i have just about 160,000 miles on my klipz, it has been extremely good to me never any prob at all. would it be ok to turbo this car? or should i get a used engine with lower miles and add to that? tia
