Those numbers are a little low for putting on a turbo kit.

Was that done with the motor dead cold or something? Those numbers are a bit low.

Warm the motor up to operating temperature and ty it again. If it still comes up low, drop in a teaspoon of oil through the sparkplug well. Try again. If the numbers come up, it's worn rings. If they stay low, it's likely your valve seats or seals. If the oil doesn't tell you anything, find somewhere to do a leak-down test.

Since that was with it warm, try the oil thing and if the numbers change then you may have bad rings.

Well..I know I am getting a LOT of blow-by due to my engine being filled with oil everytime I boost. I think I will try that oil thing tomorrow and if thats the problem then I am getting the JE pistons, ring, locks from HRC. I think its a 0.20 over also. How are the connecting rods on 420a's?? Will I beable to run 12psi once pistons are in there??

Do not overboost on our rods, they suck. Just spend $1100 and get the full bottom end kit from howell. It comes with eagle rods which are rated to like 350 HP.
