im soon to be going turbo, i've got the stainless lines, sfmu, and fuel pressure guage and want to install them while im still n/a on a weekend to get some of the work out the way while i get the rest of the funding for the turbo kit up. If i were to remove the stock FPR (98 fuel system)
run the return line and set the sfmu to idle pressure of 50psi would i have any foreseen problems doing this? The late model fuel system is pretty much a constant pressure of approx 50psi correct?

tried searching for the last day or two and havent found an answer or anyone thats done this.

also still looking for any 2gnt'ers in the South Carolina area, pref. columbia; havent met many interesting people to hang with around here besides the OMG 2fast 2furious kids that meet up in the walmart parking lot, and they , well , "just aint dat bright"

Thanks

No problem doing it that way. I had my SFMU hooked up for a coupe weeks before going turbo and it works just fine.
Oh. And search harder, because I remember typing this same sentence several times before.

EDIT:
I will be in Myrtle Beach week of Aug. 6th if you still can't figure it out by then, lol.

just got back from the beach two weeks ago. Great times had by all and nice cars, saw a very nice fully built turbo RSX running 28lbs of boost street. Met the guy in bar , didnt believe him and made him give me a ride down the strip and observed boost gauge building and building till it hit 28 in one of the most spine tingling rides i've had yet. Very nice car, got a few pictures, didnt ask him much about the setup. Will try to post them up sometime.
