#87185, "Upgrading from single nozzle to direct port??"

Has anyone upgraded their single nozzle wet kit to a directport system?
I'm pretty sure it can be done but just wanted to know if anyone had experiance doing this. I think all the parts needed would be 2 distribution blocks, 8 hardlines, 4 new nozzles and some misc-fittings and more jets.

How well does your single jet system work? If it works well enough, why make it more complicated with a multi port system?

I wanted to up the shot after a rebuild. So far it works well but i'm not too sure how well it will handle a 125-150shot. I am still looking for the best place for the nozzle. The bend right after the t/b, the coolant line right below the intake and the battery make it hard to find a good spot for the nozzle. I already had a backfire because of the nozzle moving on me. Your point is a good one though. More complicated more money more thing that could go wrong.
