I have a greddy turbo timer harness and the box it came in is japanese, I figured out what the other wires are for but what is the white wire (circled in red) for?

Thanks for the link but it still dosent answer my question. The white wire is coming off the ignition harness (which isnt listed in the insructions) not the turbo timer harness.
