i'm thinking of buying this turbo and was just wondering what everyone thought of it. I have 8.8:1 JE's and Eagle rods, crower2's with built valvetrain, balanced assembly, stage 4 clutch, and other stuff. Here's the link, yea yea, I know it's on Ebay.

Lemme know if it's worth my money, I plan to run 15-18lbs.

I wouldn't do it. That small of a turbine(hot side) will have no top end. Try to find a turbine side of at least .6 IMO.

Will this turbo go on a car that is a daily driver? If so, it will probably be perfect for you. If you're trying to make a track-only race car, I'd go with something larger.

I'm looking for something that's going to spool pretty quick. Would the .48 spool a lot faster than the .63?? I hate turbo lag, oh, and I have a ported and poliched head along with the 60mm TB and Ported and polished intake manifold. Basically I have all the supporting mods to go with a turbo. I just don't know which one to get. Thanks for the comments.

ported this polished that, its still only a .48 turbine. Yes the .48 will spool quick. But after 5K you will be dissapointed in the power drop off. A .63 will have a bit of turbo lag, but the gain is huge on the top end. I have had both and I would never go back to the .48.

Cool, thanks for the replies, I think I'll go ahead and get the .63 so I have room to grow. Thanks fellas.
