I had it on Saturday night and all of the sudden I hear it spraying under my hood. I jumped out and turned it off.. thinking the hose must have been loose. Today I took it apart and found the problem.




1000 psi spraying under the hood kinda makes you worry.

time for a new hose.

rubbed against a metal piece behind the intake manifold. I'll be sure to tie the thing down good this time! the hose costs $75!!!!

no doubt. I upgraded to the new NX triple insulated race hose.

I almost blew myself up and in F&F. haha

Just outta curiosity, you use the teflon steel braided for NO2? I tried using that stuff, and it sucked, well to me it did.

knock on wood I have had no issues. All my routes through any openings I used rubber grommits and I used self tapped hose strapping to keep all my lines in place(no zip ties). And just remember to make nice sweeps into fittings/connections to keep the line strees free for a long lasting install.

you have to use teflon due to the pressure. I use the 3an on my harley brake lines.....not hard to work with, just time consuming to terminate the ends.

You're lucky it wasnt the fuel line it could have been real bad.
