#85464, "199.96whp @ 5psi"

my first time on the dyno with my turbo setup. i also have massive exhaust leaks at the manifold (3rd runner) and my dp (which is 2.5 from turbo to stock dp). i dont know how to post the dyno sheet but if someone wants to host it that would be great!

i just have a few questions though. since i dont have a decent exhaust setup yet, what should i expect hp-wise with a 3 inch cat-back? i plan on redoing the dp when my evo2 comes in. also, im pretty sure im due for plugs, is anyone using the nology silverstones? if not, any recommendations?

other than my turbo setup, everything is bone stock.stock bottom end, stock head, even stock exhaust. aggression said he would host the dyno sheet for me.

my turbo setup is: t04b turbo, fmic, 2.25 icpipe, tial 38 wastegate, vortech fmu, walbro pump, stock injectors, missing link, turbo xs rfl, and a hks super afr.

i thought 200 whp @5psi was pretty good... i dont really know of a lot of setups that are making that much with 5psi. i know when i get my boost controller, i am going to put it up to 7psi, 8-9 if i can run again on the dyno. but im still waiting on my evo2 to come in before i do that.i need it sooooo bad, i dont even see full boost till 4000-4500 rpm so, what do you guys think my hp gain will be when i have a full exhaust? and whats safe to stay at (hp wise)? i searched around and found that someone was running 13psi (cant remember which kit he had) before he started to bend rods!

thanks again guys!

The rods can take more than 13psi, the problem is the pistons.

200whp... haha that is a lot of power on 5psi.. there is a guy up here with an Integra running 8psi and he is in the 170s for whp. emoji your turbo is rather large though.

damn impressive for 5psi. i wonder what my numbers would be. if you had a full 3inch exhaust, i'd say you can add 10hp or somewhere along that, since u have turbo.

yeah... i cant wait to get some stuff done to it.. basically, i want to try and push as much as i can with a low boost setup. 8-9psi max! although i really dont know what my a/f is as i only ran a baseline run, on the dyno sheet, it pretty much shows a pretty decent curve, no big spikes. also, the tech that ran the car pretty much said the a/f was bang on. any big fluctuations would mean rich or lean, right? anyways, im still waiting on exhaust! thats my main concern, my dp is pretty much screwed. the place that i went to to get my dp made pretty much just hacked it,took my stock dp and made it work and the buster didnt even finish the weld on the reducer (2.5-2.25).
