Do you need to compensate your oil level for whats in the feed line and in the turbo? I did search.

the amount you have in those places is very neglidgable all things considered... no need to worry

It's funny that this question came up b/c I was just thinking about this a few days ago. I put the standard 4.5 quarts in last time I changed my oil and my stick was still reading low ... so I put in 5 and it read much better. I have a turbo (obviously) and a mechanical OP guage. I would agree it's negligable, but an extra drop may not hurt.
