just a quick question regarding the Tial 38mm wastegate. I have a star stage 2 and am going to purchase a Tial wastegate, do i need to buy a specific flange for it to bolt up? and also if i run the .6 bar(about 8psi) spring will i be seeing around 6psi b/c of the intercooler?

It depends on where you are sourcing the vacuum line for the wastegate. If you source it from the turbo, then yes. If you source it from the manifold, then no.

anyone by chance know the bolt size on the mounting bolts for the tial to the manifold? opened my hood yesterday and noticed that one is GONE. and the wastegate was hanging from just one bolt. bought a new gasket and now just need a new bolt and was curious if anyone new the size? and how to prevent this from happening again with the bolts? thanks

You need to put on some kind of mechanical lock to hold the bolts in... lock washer or serrated lock washers. Otherwise, they will vibrate out. I think mine were 8mm x 1.25 but I could be wrong, I don't have the wastegate anymore to check.
