I didnt know where to post this, but since most of you wideband users are all turbo, i decided to post here. I found this on ebay looking for a wideband kit so when i go to the dyno in spring, we can tune better obviously. It's just a little black box's interpretation of a crap-ass signal coming off of a crap-ass narrowband O2 sensor. It isn't the readout that sucks on a narrowband, it is the sensor.

next question then, whats your thoughts on the AEM UEGO gauge w/ sensor? its half the price of a wideband kit and seems to be decent since most AEM products are. it works without the EMS and laptop, so is that worth the 250 bucks or no to that as well, lol?

You guess wrong. It should say wideband to narrowband converter. That "device" takes the signal from a PLX wideband controller (the heart of the system) and feeds a 0-1V signal to any standard blinky a/f gauge. There is no way you could take a regular narrowband o2 sensor and up-convert it into a wideband reading.
