Back when I bought my car, the previous owner, or rather the engine builder had the crank case ventilation tube ran into the intake. The blow by of course was always getting sucked into the turbo and through the intercooler and piping. I ran the tube to a crank case breather I purchased from RRE, odly enough I havent had much blow by in the catch can/breather anymore(Think the turbo sucking at 27-28 psi could have canceled out the vaccume in the crank case vent. tube and actaully been sucking in oil out of the crank case?) Anyways, thats beside the point. Now my intercooler piping, intercooler, throttle body, I guess the whole intake sys. is coated in sticky oil deposits from that, is there anyway I can clean the intercooler and pipes easily?

Not sure about the IC, but TB cleaner will strip most anything. I used it to clean my IC pipes inside and out. I also used paper towels attached to a long wire to make sure I got everything. You might be able to pour some pure alcohol into the IC and shake it around. It is a great solvent and evaporates quickly.

Thanks for the help guys, will spraying tb cleaner in the intake track and into the turbine cause damage or could I clean out in intake side of the turbo that way, then use alchol for the FMIC? Again, thanks for the suggestions, I'll let you know how the gunk comes off the easiest.
