Hi, i just put 310cc on along with walbro 255 and a sfmu and when i went to tune it i did not have a vac line on it but when i push on the gas the pressure would still rise is this normal?i thought that with the vac line off it would keep a steady fuel pressure

Please don't drive around with the vacuum source to your FPR disconnected on a turbo car.
If you were just revving it, and the pressure jumped up 5psi or so, that's because your alternator puts out more voltage at higher RPMs. Higher voltage makes the fuel pump put out more pressure.
