#83522, "Finally done with the install!!"

well, i FINALLY got my car to run right. And even though it only is 5lbs of boost, i was really exited to say that i did just about all the work myself! On my way home a mustang was riding beside me and was trying to rev up his engine and all that so i let off my BOV and the look on his face was priceless! Well thanks everyone for all the support through the install! it was a bitch but im happy to say that the install is done! now i just gotta be ready for lots of fixing of the car now that im turbod!

It's definitely a good feeling when it's all done.

Yeah, i must say that it is worth every penny. The look on people's faces after they see the RS and then after they hear the BOV....its the best. Next, time for rebuild!

Depends on your car. What year is it??? I have a 95 running about 7psi now with no SAFC and it works fine for me. also if you are just on stock internals I would say stay away from the SAFC. until you do your rebuild, stick with the SFMU and you will be gold. See ya

i got a 97 eclipse. I heard that people have problems with the missing link and the safc?? Yeah, im kinda bein a wimp and keepin it at 5lbs right now. But after i install my 30lb injectors i should be fine. what disk and spring is the best for the setup? that damn sfmu is so confusing to me for some reason .

Yeah, if you are only boosting to 5 or even up to 8 the SAFC wont be needed. It will give you more of a headache to tune since there really isnt that much boost. As far as what disk and spring combo to use.....Check this out
