start with searching the forums. Make an effort to find the information on your own. We aren't going to hand feed it to you.

*musst...not....go...hard on...the nooooob*

Okay.

Just search dude.

Although for some people they don't know exactly :WHAT" they're searching for.

Basic breakdown and things you need to know about to turbo your car is....

1. You must be able to change your own oil

2. Search for topics on turbos, internal/external wastegates, boost controllers, fuel setups, air/fuel ratios, compression testing and exhaust manifolds jut to name a few. Those are areas that you'll need to have knowledge about.

3. But Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. Best 45 bucks evar spent. (its a book BTW) emoji

4. Search the turbo forum. But I think you sir, need to brush up on basic internal combustion knowledge. No offense, really.

5. Did you buy that book Yet?

But hey, ya found this place so you ARE trying emoji

Welcome.

Welcome to 2gnt.com!!!

Couple of things:

First off you should rate Members for taking the time out to help you. To rate someone click on the link below their name and a form will popup.

Secondly this site has everything you will ever need to do anyting to your talon/eclipse from engine/turbo/interior/exterior/electical/...etc. All you have to do is use the search function and type in what you are looking for. Thise site has 5 years of knowledge stored in its database for you to enjoy and learn from.

Put it this way if you want it bad enough you will find it. I will tell you right now...we don't like drama here and people hate answering questions that have already been answered at least 1000 times before. People will bash you and tell you to search for it, not because they are assholes, but because they are sick of answering the same question over and over again.

So What have we learned about 2gnt so far???

Well for 1 you should now know to search because 2gnt shares the same saying PREGO Spagetti sauce uses.... "Its in there" !!!

Return the favor by rating someone that takes the time to help you with something.

I hope you enjoy all your new found knowledge here at 2gnt.

Have a great day!!!

Your welcome,

Search

I typed "turbo kit" into the search and here is what it gave me:

"Your search criteria returned too many topics. Only displaying first 262 pages."

262 pages of turbo kit information!

true agression, what i would do is look up on the star and the hahn kits to get a brief rundown of what their kit consists of and then go to work tracking it all down. since you are new i would suggest buying a kit from them or find someone selling theirs. check for sale section.

or you could just swap in the engine from a GST or GSX if you don't want all the headaches of getting a kit to work.

don't do that btw.

Really not cool to play this guy out like that. He may actually believe you if he use to own a honda or something. Seriouslly though guy if you need help try search. I joined these forums because MachV forums use to bash on me because I was N/A. But these guys are really great, and I have acquired so much information about my car and all the things I can do with it just from being here. I read more than I asked and I learned a shit load. Stick around though, read as much as you can and start doing some modding to your Eclipse/Talon, then when you have questions make a post and you will most deffintley find all the answers you are looking for.
