Well, i am about two steps from being done with my turbo install. I know i need to plug my stock FPR, but where do i plug it?? thanks

Is your FPR on the fuel rail, or in the back under the car by the passenger tire?

Yep, if it's in the back, then the FPR is actually connected to the stock fuel filter outlet. Most of us take off the FPR, and find a hose barb fitting that srcrews into the filter outlet, and run a section of fuel hose from the new hose barb and connect that to the feed line going up to the fuel rail. You can also connect a high flow/high pressure inline fuel pump here if you wish.

Holy Shit, i guess i messed up my return line. When i bought my kit, the guy said to just hook up the return line right at the pump (like in the car, right under the passenger rear seat). Now im really confused, fuck. So i cant just hook it up the way i had it then plug the stock fpr? damn, i knew something was fucked about that set up

I don't know if it helps at this point...but I found a bolt (at a yamaha bike shop) that fit were the stock FPR screws into the fuel filter...used an o-ring, dopped it up good with pipe dope and haven't had a problem with it. Then your return line just goes right into line going into the gas tank...next to the out port.

the bolt was like a M12 crankcase drain plug for a bike or quad or something. Sorry I don't know the pitch.

Yeah, i got the bolt with the o ring and all, so that will be cool. So, youre talking abuot going to the return right there when you take the cover off right under the rear seat right? or are you talking about under the car comming right off the fuel and stock FPR? thanks a lot !

Yeah....un the the seat...you go from whatever FMU you are using return port to the gas pump lid...the one w/o the threaded fitting....it's just a barbed hard line of sorts, with a 90* bend in it.

Sweet, that is the way i have it set up right now. Now i just have to take off that stock FPR and plug it... Awsome that means i should be done with the install this weekend! thanks for all your help!

I didnt have an oring when we put my sfmu on so i used a bolt to plug it. Yeah it leaked a lot of fuel on the trip back home lol. I ended up putting some jb weld in the hole of the stock fpr and put it back on but since its plugged it can do anything but that worked for me. I was gonna change it later but i have never gotten around to it. JB Weld OWNZ
