#81245, "Question about SFMU"

I've already emailed Vortech about this and havent gotten a response. I purchased this SFMU from the fs forums a few weeks ago, I appear to be missing the boost screw. It's just not there. Do I need it?

Thanks in advance

yes, you need to keep it shut. The boost screw is there so you can adjust the fuel pressure based on boost, but not like you think. It's basically there to stop the fuel from rising at a certain boost level. It's the same size as the vacuum one, I believe. I think it's an NPT 3/18 fitting. Go out to home depot with it and find yourself one. It's an easy fix.
