Where does the feed line for the turbo go into the engine on the 420A. And where is the best spot on the oil pan to tap into for the oil return line.

Holy christ knob, search.

Oil is obtained from T-ing off the Oil Pressure Sending Unit from the back of the block. Search for Oil Pan in the turbo forum using the Search function.

if I remember correctly, when you are laying under the car and looking at the back of the block, it is the most left sensor. The one with the red tab on it I'd believe...

There is some pictures floating around here that will help you with the oil sender switch, and the location of where to tap the oil pan.

The return line should enter the oil pan above the oil level to prevent foam buildup back to the oil seals in the turbo.

Step 1: Get an oil pressure sending unit socket.

Step 2: Start unplugging and unbolting shit on the back of the block until you get something oily with a pipe thread.

Step 3: What, do you want me to continue this? Do you really need me to tell you what to do from here? For fuck's sake...

And tap the pan somplece above the oil level. Make sure that it does not interfere with ANYTHING on the block, mmmkay?

I have no idea of your skill level, so I make this post quasi-idiotproof. If this doesn't make sense, have somebody else do it. If this seems like a "duh" response, then accept my apologies, and an e-beer for you to drink while working on your car, for you just may have enough knowledge to pull this off.

Does anyone have any pics of their return line tapped into the oil pan. I've already searched but didnt come up with any pics.

Also, if you type in banana now, you'll get pictures of an oil return line. So, you can't go wrong. hehe
