I am very close to obtaining all my pieces for my install:wavy. All I need now are the bolts that connect from the DP to the outlet for a S16G. Does anyone know what size I need?????

Sounds right. If all else fails, install it without a downpipe, and drive it to Napa. Bring oven mitts, and remove your turbo while you're there to match it up with a few bolts.
PS DON'T forget the oven mitts. Go ahead. Ask me how I know.

LOL....I am not even going to ask how you know, I can just imagine. Anyway, NAPA out here by me sucks. When I asked for the metric 10 x 1.5 studs, the guy said "I dont think they make double sided studs in that size." The closest they were able to get for me was a 10 x 1.5 on one side and 3/8 thread pitch on the other...which would have been fine cause I could have gotten a 3/8 nut but the damn bolts were 3" too long. That bottom bolt is the one I am having a problem with now, I cant find a stud or bolt small enough to fit. Either the thread pitch is wrong, or the damn bolt has a huge head on it and it cant get past the curve of the DP.

yea that bottom bolt is a PITA. you can use bolts that fit, thats what ive done now. bolts with lockwashers. i dont remember the size but i got them at some tractor supply co.
you have to work that bottom bolt on first, then put in the other two.
