Okay you guys, what would be a better turbo for me to achieve 300whp on 15-18psi tuned? Out of the three turbo's listed, which one will spool faster and work effecientlyat these boost levels?I know the bigger the turbine, the more lag the turbo creates, but the large turbine will give you more top end power. What is a good combination of a trim and turbine a/r for my setup that will allow me to reach this goal?

T3:60 Trim Compressor .63 A/R
T3:Super 60 Compressor .63 A/R
T3/T4:Compressor Trim 57 A/R .63

My setup for the future is going to be:

Custom turbo kit
Port&Polish Head with a 3 angle Vavle job
600cc injectors
Crane 14's turbo cams
JE 8:8:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
And a whole lot of stuff that I don't think I need to type for this thread emoji

why do you think you need such a big turbo? go with a 50 trim, it will get you to 300 whp, spool fast, and still give good top end.

600cc injectors wont allow you to use a 60 trim to its max potential so why bother ?

I would go for the GT turbos if I had to do it over again.. If you only want 300whp you might want to consider the GT-28 (Disco Potato!) or GT30-35 if you want more whp in the future..

Now those are t3 60 trims or a to4e 60 trim??

Huge difference...the T360

NOw a map of a T04E 60 trim (also comes with t3 turbine housing when its a hybrid t3/t4)

I see you stated also super 60.so i know you are refearing to a t360 trim..bleh thats old obsolete turbo technology......

Best turbo you can get honestly is a To4e 50 trim...it will do it all..it will do it well at a good price and be reliable

Okay so you guys say to get a 50 trim, what turbine a/r should be used with a 50 trim. I want a combination that will spool fast and not choke in high rpms. Going with a ball bearing turbo is great but I think my setup won't benefit from it. I drove in a car with a ball bearing turbo (whip lash), its great but traction is my concern if I going with that turbo.

300whp is all I want and will kill 80% of cars on the roads. But I also wamt to maintain a daily driven status.

Can you explain more to me how to read a turbo map?

you do know that you have the same turbine listed for all three of those turbos...hence if they are all "stage 2" turbines with a.63 A/R that are all gonna spool the same...

a good turbo would a 57trim compressor with a stage 2 or 3 .63 turbine...spool plenty fast and make more than enough power for you.

I read the link provided and still is confused about determing the best turbo by looking at the turbo map. If I list the same three turbo's than why are pricing for these turbo's differ? emoji

Also can you guys post the spool time between a 50 trim with a .48 a/r to a 50 trim with a .63 a/r on the turbine?
