since the car hasnt started all day, would the car get flooded? and if so what should i do to make sure it isnt anymore. just didnt know if that would make it not start. im diggin for answers

As far as I know, you cant flood a vehicle if its just sitting there. Besides we are fuel injected, you can only flood a carburated vehicle. Unless your not getting sufficient spark or none at all. Dunno man, I could be wrong, hope you figure it out.

Maybe your cam sensor is going to shiz?

could be. take your your spark plugs out and spray the fuel out w/ some compressed air. Mine car got flooded somehow while i was putting a new tranny in. worth a shot isnt it?

Easy, easy, damn, I said I could be wrong. I didnt think a fuel injected car could flood unless it wasnt getting spark. Ever hear of just correcting someone without bein such a smartass. I was just tryin to help with what I knew. Damn man, chill.

Could be a spark problem. Could be a fuel problem.
Either one can flood the motor, expecially when its cold out...
Just pull the plugs like Dino said.

Another thing to bear in mind, most ECU's, both stock and after market, will have a "Flood Clear" mode...
That is if you are cranking the motor, with the throttle the whole way to the floor, the ECU will not inject fuel during cranking... this helps to clear a flooded motor in no time.

will do i will try that tonight. i dont think that it would be anything other than that. i need to hook up my fuel pressure gauge, but i havent hooked it up yet due to glassing all the inside. when i unhook the fuel feed into the fmu it is getting fuel it comes out. also i am getting spark i hope its not the inline, its pressurizing and all. man more issues....... merry christmas

Unless you have an insane amount of fuel in the motor I highly doubt it isn't starting due to flooding.

For example, I had a clogged return line once (piece of rubber from a fuel line got clogged in the return pipe of the sending unit mounted in the tank) and pressure spiked to over 100 psi. To reduce the pressure a bit, I disconnected the inline high pressure pump (removed the fuse) and used only the intank Walbro. The pressure was still high (around 70 or 80 psi) but at least the car would idle (very roughly) and I could pull it into the garage.

I was able to get my car running like crap with 80 psi of fuel pressure on 390 cc injectors.
