Okay I finally found out why my BOV started stuttering ever since I got the fucking intercooler in. I took off the BOV and the hole in the pipe was not the same size as the BOV flange (GIP!!) The fuckers musta been lazy and just welded the flange then drilled a hole. So that's why I was gettin alot of stutter and compressor howl when I boosted. So now I'm just gonna take it to a machine shop and have it redrilled and smoothed out.

Well now I grinded the hole down but I"m still getting a little stutter, but a little whistle too. I think I might have the flange redone cuz the welding might looks all crappy and restricting. We will see.

Alving.. do you have exhaust? Sometimes turbocharged engines can be choked with a stock diameter exhaust making it more apt for compressor surge.

Both of you .. try this... take off the intake pipe, and just attach the filter to the turbo inlet. I gaurantee you the gobble gobble bullshit will go away.
