This question cannot be answered without all details of your setup. turbo efficiency, exhaust size, turbine size, fuel setup, max fuel pressure and type of reg are all key components to determine the max boost you can run on those injectors.

If you are going to try and max out those injectors then get a wideband or datalogger at the worst. EGT's are good to monitor, fuel pressure is also a good one to monitor.
