It looks like they are the same thing to me. 255HP is the model# and 255lph is the flow rate (255 liters per hour). Hope that helps.

on a side note I've got one I can let go cheap. emoji

they both pump out 255 liters per hour(255lph). the HP is just more pressurized(High Pressure). i'm not for sure which one would suit you best though, it's a toss up i guess.

and you might want think about getting an intercooler(if you don't already, but you said you have a stage 1) if you're going to be pumping all this fuel in.

and like i said, i don't know your exact setup, but 450cc aren't exactly just 'plug and play' with the fmu Hahn gives you.

I doubt you will be running high enough pressures to warrant the hp model. Since you wont be running the stock injectors , you will have to turn the pressure down to idle on 42's. THat is unless you have a standalone, megasquirt or the EIC controlling those injectors.

THat was from corbins site.

I got the HP just because it cost the same as the regular one, and flowed more. emoji

I think it comes down to this...

If for some strange reason, you have a stock Star/HRC kit, with stock 235cc injectors, and you REALLY wanna run 8psi boost, and you have no inline fuel pump, the 255lph-HP should supply your fuel needs on its own. The regular 255lph will not give you enough fuel to run a turbokit on stock injectors without some help from an inline.

Using it in this way is dangerous to say the least because youre right on the edge of the fuel pumps capabilities. You could turn on your headlights and wipers and the voltage drop would be enough to blow your engine.

Once you add a second/inline fuel pump, or larger injectors, it doesnt really matter how much it flows up top because you dont need those high pressures (>90psi) anymore.
