Ok, with the current mods that are in my sig, what would be holding me back from making 400whp besides tuning? That is a mark I just want to make so bad, like everyone else on here. But I think I should be pretty close when I finally finish breaking it in and get it tuned.

i'm sure with most of your mods you can handle it, but what turbo do you have? i don't think the STAR turbo can handle that much. i also had that turbo and it loses efficiency around 18-20psi, which is close to 350HP. also if you've had lots of boosted mileage on that clutch, it might not be able to handle it, but everything else seems to be fine. you're lucky to have an alluminum flywheel. also porting and polishing your head with oversized valves will help more. you just have to try to be able to achieve that HP without having to raise the boost too high, so free up lots of backpressure. what intercooler do you have? if it's the STAR one, upgrade it. it's all a matter of tunning as well, so be ready to hit the dyno a few times. hope that helps.

Only thing holding you back is probably the turbo at that point. Bigger turbo, more boost, more tuning. Keep pushing, You'll start finding your cars weak points, things will break but in the end it will only make the car stronger. Watch ur intake temps before you decide to replace that expensive intercooler (If it's not broke don't fix it).

It is not the stock turbo that came with the star kit. It is about one and a half times bigger than the star one when put side by side. It is also a 50 trim. The clutch hasn't seen any boosted miles at all yet. Yeah I'll have to keep an eye on the efficiency of the intercooler.

build the head. you might be hurting yourself more than doing any good by having stock head components with better cams.
get a better incooler. a better boost controller is a must. greddy profec b spec II is very nice. is the hks unit an ignition box? im not familiar with them. if not, then youll want one of those as well. i also didn't see a wideband on the list.
