With the Hahn kit the pipe for the air filter intake is way to long to fit the filter on and have it fit into the engine bay. I knew this when I started the install, but I left the filter on anyway. I installed the kit & couldn't figure out the problem. Well as it turns out I was driving around today. stopped in an empty parking lot, and popped the hood. Under high RPM's the first coupler off the turbo outlet would collapse. I'm like WTF, if anything this should be ballooning.
Well to make a long story short, the pipe in the air filter was so far in the filter that it was only allowing the diameter of the pipe to let air through, and would literally suck the filter into the pipe. We cut about 4" of pipe off and now I'm running at 10 psi. Plus we gutted the cat and with the Thermal catback there was no noise difference at all.
The car pulls like a mother at 3k now.
Thanks to everyone who helped me & gave me advice on the problems that I was having. I've learned a lot with this and am now officially spoolin'!

Yeah, you have to cut a few inches off the intake pipe because it's too long. I did the same thing long time ago. The pipe was so far in that there was no air coming in. Result: No Boost. It sucked.
