ALright I did a search and found alot, but nothing clear. Now I know, obviously you drill above the oil level. But how high are you guys going, say from the bottom of the pan, up? Then does it matter if you you drill at the deep end of the pool or the shallow end? Just give me some pics, that would set me straight.

I think I drilled my turbo oil return line about 1 or 2" from the top of the pan. The exact location isn't critical, it just needs to be reasonably high up on the pan so the level doesn't back up into the line.

I would think that since its an oil RETURN line, that the higher the better, to minimize leaks. I would at least go at half the pan, and higher if wanted. If sealed up properly, then it doesnt really matter IMO.
