#77352, "Custom Turbo, Need Help/Question"

The turbo i have is A T3. I have the manifold and dp. The intake portion of the Turbo is on the left side. I know now it might be more difficult. I want to run a side mount. Is this setup possible since my turbo is facing the opposite direction? Does anyone else have the same setup?

Can you not just mount it upside down?

no. The inlet has to be as close to pointing up as possible and the oil outlet pointing down. The way it goes back to the oil pan is by gravity .

sounds like you have a turbo from an old Chrysler 2.2 turbo engine
I hope your manifold and downpipe are for a 420a

I believe there is one person on this board who has the inlet facing the passanger's side, this should actually make it easier to run an FMIC with this setup, because the inlet and outlet wouldn't have to be on the same side.
