Disconnect the FPR from the filter and plug that hole with a bolt. Then reconnect with the hardline. Use test port on rail to attach the SFMU then run alluminum hardline (or rubber hose) from the SFMU to the top of tank. It should run TANK - FILTER - HARDLINE - RAIL - SFMU - RETUIRN LINE - TANK.

Why make this hard!
Ok mints real simple(although star instructions make it hard)
install your new walbro pump just as the old one comes off. Remove the fuel return hose from the factory regulator. the other end of the return line should be disconnected from the pump assy when you changed the pump. use a 5/16 fuel hose, connect to the factor regulator return port and run the hose to your FMU. To my recollection the "in" for the FMU is the bottom port on the FMU. Run the out of the FMU to the Fuel pump assy return port (only one that is barbed).
Vacuum line: get some 5/16 brake line from autzone or a parts store 5' will work. run a rubber vac line from your intake manifold to the underside of your car. You can run the line inbetween the frame and subframe by the fuel lines, there is planty of room. From the wheel well you ca guide with a long screwdriver. Cut the ends off the brake line with a nice tubing cutter and zip tie it to your fuel lines under the car. Now as you have guessed attach the vacuum line from the mani to the front end of the hard brakeline and the other end to the FMU. And there you go your all set.
