Look for a flapper on the exhaust side.

Basically there should be a large looking valve type thing on the exhaust side of the turbo. It will have the ability to open and close. It's not too much more complicated than that dude, you're just going to have to look. It's not there you will probably see a plug where it would typically be. Any more input from anyone else on the board?
