#76948, "Fusing gauges"

Quick question.

My boost, EGT, A/F, oil pressure & fuel pressure gauges all require 1 amp fuse. I want to solder all the power wires so I have 1 wire for all of them. Can I put 1 single cartridge fuse between the gauges and the switched power supply or will it be too much for the fuse?

Boost-----EGT-----A/F-----oil pressure-----fuel pressure-----1 amp fuse-----12V switched power

I just tapped all of mine off the cig lighter. No need for a fuse that way. I've had no problems with it yet.

Oh, you don't like altezza's? Too bad, your gonna get a good look at mine.

I did have all my gauges hooked up the cig. lighter plug of the car. Over the weekend I simply went to radio shack and built a main power box that houses all my power and ground connections because im starting to have too many items on the cig plug.
