Ok my car was running good and fine and everything after i changed out my o2 sensor and now its having issues. It has star stage two with missing link. Heres the problems now..

When i start the car up, it will start up, rev up to about 2k and then back down to 1k, then stall out, and start it self back up and then start idling oddly.

Then whenever im driving and push the clutch in, it will stay revving around 2k until i come to a complete stop.

Any ideas?

Clean your IAC lately? Do that, reset the ECU for kicks and drive around.

Why did you change the O2 sensor?

Its odd that the car would run well and then crap out. If you crapped up your other O2 sensor, perhaps you've done it again. Its worth pulling it out and examining it. Its also worthwhile to change the plugs. Replacing plugs can fix a variety of bizare problems. However, I'd say that your IAC is the most likely suspect. Whenever idle is the problem the "idle air control" motor should be the first item to check. You can carefully clean it with intake cleaner spray. Try not to get it in the electronic bits. You can also test the coils with a multimeter. Here are some pics:
