Well, I'm looking into upgrading my starion I/C, but is it really worth it? I boost 7psi occassionally but daily drive it only a few pounds. I have a leaky headgasket so I overheat sometimes, just to 2/3 though. My car's strong when the temps are low or it hasn't heatsoaked and I'm thinking I need to drop my intake temps. I know it's a quick fix till the rebuild, but it'll benefit later. Basically, has anyone noticed a difference when they upgraded to a bigger I/C? THanks

Fix your HG first especially if it's causing you to overheat (though I can't believe that you are actually running the car hard with this condition).

Anyone try those OBX intercoolers on Ebay? I was gonna get one of em Spearco ones from Boostcoolers on Ebay but nothings on there. I might just buy one there and do my own piping, the hobby shop has a pipe bender. I wish I could find a cheap intercooler with both inlet/ outlet on the same side. Thanks
Alvin

I dont know if I would get an OBX IC. Try emailing boostcoolers and see if they are willing to make one for you. But OBX doesnt sound like a good idea till they are proven more.
