change your oil to whatever your goin to use from now one. run another 300 and boost the piss out of it. i would have changed my oil at 300 and then added synethic like would use and had it boosted by 600 miles

um.... how much did your forged bottom end cost you??

you need to wait a good 1000 miles on the safe side with daily driving, and compression braking. change oil at 15 miles, 300, and 1000. then after 4000 miles on the engine. you run synthetic. id say boost a little around 6-700. dont go romping on the engine till around 800. unless you have money to blow.

Well, I got the Howell kit, top and bottom. I think the bottom was like 1,400. I hope I did the right thing.

Oh, I forgot, I am doing the high comp approach.(High compression+lower boost)Im running 10.5 to 1.

Thanx guys
DJ

You can put your turbo kit on now if you want, but I'd wait to really start pushing boost hard until after 1000 miles.
