Ok i was just wondering what is the stock thickness of our headgasket? any help wold be great! thanks in advance

so if i wanted to get a thicker headgasket to lower my compression a little which size should i get? i found some cometic mls headgaskets in .30inch, .40 in.,and .54in. which size should i get.
