Did you do anything to the exhaust system recently? The 2nd O2 sensor starts reading richer than normal and thinks the Cat is messed up.

I hollow out my cat. a month ago and the cel light just pop up know. Is there any effects with it on?

I don't notice a difference when it's on, but the ECU will learn that it's normal now and it should go away. If you disconnect the battery after the ECU has learned that everything is fine then it will start all over again. Just ignore it and it should go away.
