I believe these are -6an and are too large for our stock fuel rails. Do they make something like this to fit our rail? I have searched everywhere on google.com and online parts stores. It took me forever just to find these pics. I am doing the 8-injector setup and need two of them.... to make my life easier.

Forget that idea. Open up the ends of the fuel rail(s), get some -6AN weld fittings, and have them TIG welded to the rail. That's the best way to do it. Make sure you pressure test after the welding.

Exactly what I was going to say ^^^ I saw this done on Metal Jim's car. Much easier than finding those fittings.

No need to TIG weld new fittings on, brazing will work just fine.

Or if you are using 2 97+ rails you could just get 2 -4an to barb fittings to join the rails and use 2 stock feed connections (one for your feed and one for return).

Yeah, I might have to do that now. I'll have to goto a junkyard and cut a stock feed line from a donor. I would rather have an easy bolt on AN fitting than convert to hose barb. I will keep looking though, and let you guys know what I find.

I really do not want to modify the fuel rail... despite people saying that its easy etc. I have found a local kid who has a turbo prelude and he is using the exact piece I need. I have seen it, held it in my hand and it looks to fit the 2gnt rail. Older Porsche and BMW use a similar 4AN fitting, it won't fit our rail, but its similar. Just need a smaller version of the 4G63 one.

Sorry to blab on, this is just random info for the next guy who might think this is possible. Just trying to save somebody a headache.

I see now. All you want is the fitting that plugs into the feed side of your secondary rail (which is now the return line) that has an AN fitting instead of getting the fuel feed and running rubber hose to the return port on the FPR, correct? If that's the case just get a feed line with the o-ring and do some measurements to see if you can find one that will work. Have you called summit about it yet?

Yeah, do what Kirby said. I am in the process of buying another high press. feed line to run it to my FPR for a return. Seems the easiest way since I dont want to modify the rails either. I also bought two 4-an barb fittings from Summit to mount to the test ports on each rail.

Where are you getting the stock feed line? Junkyard, or does someone carry them new?

Well, what I am trying to do is run the rails in parallel. I want to try this despite it being harder to setup. I am going to run 6an fuel line from the tank to the engine bay, split it to each rail, use 4an lines from the test ports to the two inputs on the aeromotive regulator, and run a 6an return. A supra fuel pump will be supplying the fuel, so a lot will be returned under normal driving. I need these adapters to get 6an lines directly to the rail.

I may have found the part... notice how the o-ring side is smaller than the 6an mail side.

In this picture of the 4G63 fitting you can see that the o-ring side is as large or larger than the 6an mail side.

The overboost store part number for this fitting is: 1499-RA066
$48.51 ---> OUCH!!!! and I need two.... if they fit.

Using two stock fuel feed hoses and 6an to barb adapters looks more cost effective. Let me know what you think... I will keep looking.

Beautiful! If it works, let us know! This is the EXACT piece that I need to make my install painless and quick! Again, let us know ASAP if it works!

And just to reverify, is this a -4AN fitting or a -6AN fitting?

It gives you a 6an male fitting onto the stock fuel rail at the stock location. Well, lets hope anyways.

Well $47.xx times 2 is more than $50. You can also get the feed lines from the boneyard for real cheap. Call that mitsu boneyard that is on the vender page and get a price, or call bob kise. I got mine from a member for cheap.

Just an update.... it takes overboost 6 days to aquire and ship me the fitting. So I'll have it week after next. Damn. I don't care about the cost that much, so we will know if it works. Now I am going to find a stock fuel feed hose just in case. I can't wait any longer.

So end of the week? Did they say if it'd fit or not? And what was the cost of the fitting? I'm lazy and don't feel like scrolling up. emoji

How exactly do I convert my fuel rail into that? Drill the ends and weld the fittings on? What do I do with the stock inlet, cut it off and weld the hole? I know for sure I am not going to epoxy the fittings on.
