Here's the deal guys, I have a custom turbo kit with stock injectors, 12-1 Vortech FMU and a Walbro 255 HP pump. For some reason I am rnning at 60 psi of fuel pressure at idle and when I go WOT it won't go above 60 psi and the motor won't pull past 4000 rpm at all. I removed the pipe from the turbo to throttle body and still the same thing.
I ran a scanneer on it and it was coming up Bad EGR (I have had a block-off on there for months with out a problem) Bad MAP sensor. I replaced the MAP sensor and still have the same problem. There is a new Missing Link on there also. Now it just comes up bad air/fuel monitoring. What could the problem be. Let me know if I am not giving enough details.

The FMU vacuum line goes directly to the intake manifold. This is a new problew as I have had the kit on my ccar for months now without any problems.
What would cause my idle FP to be at 60 psi? I am fouling out spark plugs in like 15-20 miles. The coolant temp sensor and MAP sensor are brand new. The car will barely even idle.

Check the line for cracks or holes since it has been working properly before now. Other than that, (I'm not real familiar with the Vortech), if adjusting the base pressure screw doesn't change the pressure, maybe the diaphragm has a hole in it. The problem you are describing is mechanical, not electrical. Scanning the ECU work tell you anything you don't already know - you're running rich at idle and lean under boost. I wouldn't drive it until you fix the problem, or you'll be putting pistons in it real soon.

This is the Vortech FMU with a 12-1 disc in it. It's not adjustable like the super FMU. Why would I be getting 60 psi at idle. My car is a 1998 with the returnless fuel system and the FMU is installed in the back of the car next to the stock FPR and fuel filter.

Well since you opted to put that in the back under the car,you had to run a long vac line going to it right? I'd be willing to bet that line either came off, or got messed up some how..If you have a good set of ears, you may be able to hear the "hiss" of a vac leak when the motor is at idle

Thats a long way for a vacuum line, hehe.
