Ok i have my turbo installed and been having problems with fuel system. Questions i have are could I put my old fuel pump back in and use that if im not running crazy boost? and also would a MSD system work? My sparks plugs are not even lasting three days in the car, they are fouling up crazy and im using about a quarter of a tank of gas going like 10 miles barely boosting at all.

Describe your fuel setup.

I would only try a few pounds of boost on a stock fuel pump. I use the 8 injector setup, and i had to bypass my HRC inline pump a while back, until I could get the intank walboro pump. I could not even run 6 psi without my fuel pressure dropping off when the rpm would be going up. This is why i say only a few psi boost, at least safely. Our stock pumps just do not flow enough fuel for boost, esp at higher than stock fuel pressures, esp using stock injectors. You may be able to get away with it with low boost on larger injectors, but I wouldn't..

I'm using the MSD-DIS2 with the MSD coil pack and it works like a charm. I love it. As far as your fuel pump goes it is my recommendation to stay away from the stock if your boosting at all. But that is just my oppinion.

Let me know if you need any help or advise regarding MSD-DIS2.. or the coilpack.
