I just finished turbocharging my car yesterday (Big Thank You for all of RxR_Eclipse for his help!!)
Car runs great.

My question is when I get her on the highway, and she is going 60-65, 5th gear I feel like hesitation or almost misfire....Im not trying to boost...just driving along... I think it might be my spark plug gapping...
its a 95 so dont even think its a missing link issue. I racked up like 40 miles yesterday just playing around town with it lol...

Thanks

haha Thank you.
But I have a small question to ask about the performance factor though...when im in 5th gear, doing 65 the car hesitates...@ 4psi(current max) fuel hits 80psi....think it might be that I need more fuel pushing though?

Soon as it starts spooling and im into it..the car sound....Very Healthy..lol
Just when im not spooling..just kickin it on the way home it kinda lags almost...Im thinking that I might need to turn up the fuel 5 pounds... I gapped my plugs to 35..thought that might have been it but it wasnt...Brand new plugs w/ brand new NGK plugs...

Walbro 255, with the FPR cut off mod, and a Vortech SFMU, Running the largest disk.

I was thinking because it doesnt do it under boost, only w/ vacuum, it could be that the BOV is opening up... So tonight I added a washer in the turboxs rfl...kinda seemed to help *Shrug*

But as luck would have it, when I came back from the fireworks tonight, I tried to start my car and the guage (Which was on my windshield, so I could read under boost, and I put under the hood due to rain!) Came off! and Gas got on the guage, and hazed the lense and now it doesnt even read right!! emoji

It doesn't sound like it's the fuel. 80lbs should be plenty for 5lbs of boost with your setup. Try gapping your plugs to like .028 - see if that makes a difference - your a little wide.
