Now i know a lot of you are going to yell at me for doing this. But i have only tried this a few times. I have ordered a set of 30LB injectors for solar keep this in mind.
Before I tell you my problem here is a list of my setup.
Engine: 2.0L Bored .20 8.8:1 JE Forged Pistons Crower Rods Port Polished Mill and SI Valves. (fully built motor). I have SFMU with second to smallest disc in with larger spring. Stock Injectors, Greddy Profec B spec I boost controller. Tial 38MM wastegate with a 2bar spring in it. (this was quite the challenge getting this spring in) SAFC and MSD DIS2.
Now we have tried putting the turbo on wastegate only and we have also tried messing with the boost controller. We can not for the life of us figure out why we can't get over 10psi. Is it because we don't have big enough injectors?
Any idea's??

I kind of had the same problem. I have a Tial gate and it supposedly has the spring in it which should be good for 8 psi, I could never get it passed 5.
The other problem I ran into was with my Greedy Profec E-01 boost controller. I had to run one vac line to the side port on the gate and use the "Actuator" settings for the vac tubing. It would not work if I tried to use the "Wategate" settings.
Not sure if this relates to your problem now, we will probably need more info about your current problem.

Yeah, I took it down to a speed shop and they pointed out what could be my problem. On the side of the wastegate the adapter input where the hose attaches to was extreamly loose... they also told me that the washers need to go on the other side and we need to make sure it's tight. They also told me that i should run a line directly from my turbo to the wastegate and take it out for a spin but be very carefull cause since i have the big ass spring in there i could hit 20psi very easily.
So this is what i'm going to try next... Those of you who have seen the car i just thought I would let you guys know that i'm changing the color from white to B94P (Si Blue)... I have an appointment in two weeks to have it painted.

Appointment!?! You sound like your going to the doctor. Sounds like a vac leak somewhere to me too. Did the stuff the speed shop tell you fix it? Don't worry about boosting to 20lbs - you'll never reach that with stock injectors. It'll choke before then.

Well for one, you should be running the LARGEST disk in the SFMU with STOCK injectors..if you are boosting 10 psi with the second to smallest disk using stock injectors, then you are wayyyy to lean there..
