first thing this AM after many attempts last night all ending with fuel cut, i lower my scaler to 4.0XX, do 2 2nd gear pulls to 10psi, no problem. go to starbucks, get a hair cut, go home. on the way home i try a 3rd gear pull, FUEL CUT at 2-3psi. try a 2nd gear pull, same fucking thing. never changed or touched the program settings in between...

come on guys, im dyin over here...

with my 410's plus my stockers, could i be getting to much fuel even with the scaler set lower and all 1.00's in the matrix?

why could i do 2 runs just fine and then back to the same old thing?

Are you SURE your missing link is working properly?? Have you checked the map value with a datalogger under boost? What does it read?

98.9% sure. i cleaned the filter and checked it out. if it was the ML i would think that i would get fuel cut all the time with or without the EFI plugged in. why would i get boost sometimes? my datalog of last night says i never broke 96.0 inHg and i think that was at 2-3psi right before fuel cut.
i will do it again today to be sure.

my settings now are:
scaler 4.096
map cut 250
cut fuel below 105.0
my atmospheric is 99.7ish
all 1.00's in the matrix.

Build an AOBE (adjustable over boost eliminator) and hook that up to your map sensor as well as the missing link. its only like 4.00 in parts and could help eliminate the map as being the reason for the fuel cut.

there was a link a few months back about it. check ner4somethingsomething for a post about it.

well, its not the ML, near as i can tell. i got 1 run up to 6psi (i let off) before it started doing it agian. it seems that after it sets for a while it will boost once or twice befire it starts getting fuel cut.
i datalogged it today and the map sensor never saw anything over 99 inHg. and that was with the 6psi run. Plus when i unplug the EFI, and just run tho primary rail, it boosts every time. (i dont go to far to long because of the stock injectors).

there has got to be something either with my programming or the EFI itself.

anyother ideas, help?

You have the 034 set to "triggered" and "2 bar" correct? Do your rpm numbers read correctly also when the car is idling and the laptop software running?

I think you're still flooding it. Try lowering the 105kpa rung matrix values across the board. By accross the board I mean every RPM cell on that line. Do it in 10% increments. Start at .9 then to .8, etc - till you can build boost.

yep. logger matches controller and car RPM readings. triggered and 2 bar checked.

Javad seems to think it might be in the install. maybe a ground...

Build and install this.

http://www.fwdmopar.com/sites/dennis/howto.html

'Fuel cut' Is only going to happen if the stock ecu does it. A problem with the EIC is just going to cause you to run super lean. If you think it's your relay hook up an LED to it and run it into the cabin so you can monitor it. I hooked the power of my Apexi AVCR to the same source (relay) as the EIC so that if the relay dies the AVCR will turn off also. That gives me a visual indication that the unit is getting power and it could also save the motor somewhat if shit hits the fan.
