Okay so I have the e-manage, and I just got a DIS-2. The problem from what I remember with the e-manage controlling ignition is that the output from the e-manage wasnt powerful enough. Now the DIS-2, being a capacitive discharge ignition system, should solve that problem, right? Can I just run the coil wires from the ECU into the e-manage, then from the e-manage into the DIS-2, and then from the DIS-2 into the coil pack? Then I could just set the DIS to not adjust timing, and use the e-manage for that.

Has anyone done this before? Does it sound feasable? Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as I know (all the research I did), no one has gotten the emanage ignition management to work on a 420a yet.
